Coley's Blog: April 2011

I hope the Easter Bunny brought lots of chocolate and jelly beans to everyone. I've been looking forward to Easter for MONTHS. I've already asked Mommy how long it will be to next Easter. There is just something about hunting for those eggs!

I'm happy to report my Aunt Lizzy's surgery went well and she is on the mend. I hope she takes my advice and passes the time watching movies - I recommend "Cars"!

I had a great stay at Gramma & Grampa's house while my parents took a cruise to Bermuda. I kept them busy with a lot of baseball practice and golfing. They have headed North already so they can help Aunt Lizzy recover. I'll have to practice my "Guess Who" skills this summer so I'll be ready when I return.

I'm getting ready to move classrooms again. Mommy can't believe it is going to be May already. Only one more year until I head to Kindergarten. I sure am going to be sad to leave all my friends behind so I better enjoy hanging out with them for the next year!

I continue to really enjoy my t-ball team. I'm paying attention at practices and getting lots of hit during the games. Now if my team could just learn to chase down the other teams hits (myself included) we'd have a chance at winning!

I'm also really into "using my imagination" these days. I tell my parents all about "my work" when we have dinner. I love to play games and I give my parents a run for their money when we play "Go Fish", "Old Maid", and "WAR."

I've gotten a hang of the fairs they have at the local shopping plazas. Free stuff! Good thing I'm cute because I went back 3 times for the free chips!
