Easter 2010

Happy Easter everyone. Hope the Easter Bunny brought you lots of eggs and surprises. An Easter joke for you - "Where did the Easter Bunny learn to dance?" "At the hop"?!

I woke up early today excited for the Easter Bunny and my first trip to Carowinds of the season. It was an awful lot to take in for one day! The last time I was up this early was when I went to a sleepover at Grama & Grampa's house while my parents attended a wedding - though I'm not sure "sleep" is the right word! I think they will follow my parents advice to use my reward chart next time so I'm not up late again.

My favorite things to do these days are practice writing my letters, assemble puzzles (I can do 25 pieces with only a tiny bit of help), and play "go fishey." My parents are amazed that at 3 years old I am able to do this!

The Hansons took a break from their house building to visit with me. They brought my hockey sticks and I can now practice going to the penalty box for high sticking! I was fascinated by Ray's mustache and convinced them to join me at Chop Chop. It was a fast few days.

I hear my parents are going on vacation without me :(. I hope Grama & Grampa are rested for my weeklong sleepover!

Enjoy the pics and videos....

Coloring Easter Eggs - I have the blue thumbs to prove it!
Another season at Carowinds begins. This year Grama & Grampa have season passes too!
The helicopters are even more fun this year because you can watch the newest Roller Coaster (tallest in the South) while riding along
The train was open!
This year kiddie land is snoopy - I was willing to get a lot closer to this snoopy than the real one who was walking around
Can you believe the Easter Bunny left me eggs to find? It was SOOO much fun finding them all.
The Easter Bunny even put eggs in the sunroom!
Going on a "Mystery Picture" hunt (scavenger hunt) the Easter Bunny left for me
The Hansons came all the way from Canada to visit me.
I still enjoy practicing my golf and soccer in the afternoons
Celebrating getting the ball in the hole
Found a new mini golf near Mommy's work - this one has 9 holes inside!
I don't like to write small
I love "M's"
Happy St. Paddy's day!
Enjoying the Spring weather at the park
There were lots of bagpipes in the St. Paddy's day parade - we joined thousands of others in downtown Charlotte for this parade. For the first time in 3 years the weather was nice enough for us to attend the parade.
I was VERY excited to see Homer was part of the parade. I can't wait for baseball season!

Couldn't find a pot of gold, but we did find a leprechan!
