Almost 22 Months Old

It has been such a busy month. We are all moved into our new house. I have SO much room to run around. Mom & Dad are really slow to unpack boxes so there is so much stuff I can get into that is normally off-limits. It took me a few days to adjust, but I know that it is home now. The best part is we now live only 6 minutes from my school so I can spend extra time at home. There are lots of kids in this neighborhood, and dogs! Should be a lot of fun getting to know everyone.

Mommy has had a busy couple of weeks interviewing. I hear there will be a job offer at one place tomorrow and looks good for a second offer next week. After several months of no resume nibbles, I'm glad she now has choices. I guess her life of leisure (chasing coupons & sales) is able to end soon!

Aunt Lizzy & her friend Mauro came all the way from Italy to visit me! We had such a fun few days as we showed Mauro what a "typical American" family is like. I think I even learned how to say "ciao"! Mauro attended his first football game, baseball game, Japanese cooking at the table, whitewater rafting, outlet shopping, and more. Yup, we kept him busy.

They don't think I know, but Bamma & Bampa are coming to visit this weekend! I can't wait to show them all around my new house. I think Mommy & Daddy plan to do lots of unpacking while they are here. I'm not sure why they think I get in the way!

My 2 year old molars are popping through. Mommy says she can see tips of the top ones and who knows about the bottom since I won't open my mouth enough. I have had a few fevers and sucking my fingers, but other than that it is no big deal.

I'll let the pictures tell the rest of the stories. Ciao.
I took Mommy to the child's museum for her birthday. We had a great time and I know we will be back.
A giant tractor and I am pointing at a cow that was mooing!
Hold on tight, the storm is a comin
I was FASCINATED by the ball/air room. We stayed in here a long long time
They had an entire bubble exhibit. Bubbles are one of my favorite things so it was a great time
What? Don't blame me. I only predict the weather. I can't control it.
Clapping along to the "song" I composed on the piano. I'm not sure why Mommy was holding her hands on her ears
Yum, Japanese cooking. I eat more here than any other restaurant. Mommy needs to find those spoons, it is the only time I EVER eat soup

I took Aunt Lizzy & Mauro over to Music on the Green and for American ice cream. Aunt Lizzy even sat down and bopped along to music with me
The slide was a little steeper than Aunt Lizzy anticipated
My new friend Mauro. We had a grea time watching the Japanese cook
Aunt Lizzy was fun to play with at the parks
"Helping" to put away the kitchen

I love riding in my new wagon (thanks Great Aunt Carol!).
We found this great park/greenway near our new house. It has a 1 1/2 mile walking trail around the lake. We stopped several times to poke sticks in the water, watch the ducks and the horses (people on trail rides).
Seeing how far I can get my stick in the lake
The day we moved in, the next door neighbor was having a wall built. I watched the bull dozer for HOURS. I now look for the bulldozer every morning. Too bad it left :(
Why didn't anyone tell me you can get a free balloon at the grocery store? I've been missing out!
