Eating!

I had my first taste of rice cereal today (pablum)...I thought it was tasty. Though I did think the spoon was a toy. I wonder what they are going to feed me next?

Also, everyone keeps saying I look like my Mommy as a baby. Below are 3 comparison photos. Mommy is on the left, I am on the right. It was the best she could find.

5 & 1/2 Months

My first tooth started poking through on Monday! So far no side effects from teething except extra drool. My parents promise to get a picture of the tooth when it is actually tall enough to be seen without a magnify glass.

I figured out how to put my feet in my mouth and they are now my new favorite toy.

I weighed 14 lbs 2 oz last week so I continue to be a healthy baby. Enjoy some Easter pics and others from the past couple of weeks.

Of course I think the Red Sox will win the World Series! You need to convice Daddy for me that I can stay up late to watch the baseball games on TV.

Who needs toys? Paper Towels are 2 in 1. A great toy and a great way to mop up my drool!

I CAN ROLL

It's been an exciting week. I learned how to roll from back to front. Of course, I can't figure out how to get back and get frustrated. I can even roll with my thumb in my mouth! Mommy better start babyproofing the house soon.

Mommy took the week off so I had a great time playing with her and going on outings with Grandma.

I also took my longest afternoon nap (1 1/2 hrs) in my playpen. Now that I'm 5 months old life is getting pretty exciting! Enjoy my pictures and videos below.

When I learned to roll last weekend, the only place I would try was on the kitchen counter after my bath.

I enjoy sitting out on the lanai before bed. Gotta love the Florida climate.

I enjoy a good book before bed.

I still enjoy relaxing on my Boppy.

I helped Mommy water the plants by giving directions from my high chair.

This is my Bumbo chair. It lets me sit up without help. I'm not sure yet how I feel about it. Mommy calls it the Burpo Bumbo because I always burp when I'm in it.
